Things were going well, at least on the surface. Customers signing up every week, but some clinics would explore the product for some days, then go quiet.
No complaints. I never understood why.
And that was killing my growth. Acquiring customers wasn't enough if I couldn't understand why existing ones were leaving.
So I went deep into the problem.
I started studying churn, retention, and customer behavior while analyzing usage patterns for signals that appeared before churn: incomplete onboarding, low activity, key features never used, incomplete payments.
