What counts as an active account
An account is one of your customers: a company or workspace in your product, however many seats it has. Ten people logging in from the same customer count as one account. Only accounts that were active in the current month count toward your limit.
Go over the limit and Retain prompts you to move up a tier. Nothing stops being tracked, no data is dropped, and you are not cut off mid-month. Above 1,500 accounts, talk to us about Enterprise.
